New Year 2024

January 1st, 2024 is the New Year day leading into the Buddhist Era 2567. On this special occasion all Buddhists will traditionally make special merit for life-long prosperity and to celebrate the coming new year.

เนื่องด้วยวันที่ 1 มกราคม เป็นวันเถลิงศกใหม่ ย่างเข้าสู่ปีพุทธศักราช 2567 เป็นอภิลักขิตสมัยที่พุทธศาสนิกชนนิยมบำเพ็ญกุศล เพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคลและรักษาขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีอันดีงามไว้ และเพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมให้พุทธศาสนิกชนทั้งหลายได้มีโอกาสบำเพ็ญบุญในวันขึ้นปีใหม่ ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นมงคลชีวิต อันจะอำนวยผลให้ชีวิตเราประสบแต่ความสุขความเจริญตลอดปีใหม่ สมดังพุทธดำรัสที่ว่า “การสั่งสมบุญ นำสุขมาให้”

Mongkoltepmunee Buddhist Temple will provide the opportunity for members to participate in the joyful ceremony on Sunday January 7th, 2024. The program will start with morning chant, followed by Tak Bart and alms giving to promote the spirit of charity.

ดังนั้น วัดมงคลเทพมุนีจึงจัดให้มีการบำเพ็ญบุญเนื่องในวาระดิถีขึ้นปีใหม่ มีทำวัตรเช้า ทำบุญตักบาตร ปิดทองพระประจำวัน และพิธีถวายสังฆทาน เป็นต้น

Program:
9:30 Morning Chant
10:00 Promising the five precepts, blessing chant, Tak Bart
11:00 Offering lunch to monks
11:30 Food court is open for all participants
13:00 Delivery of Dhamma sermon
14:00 Tod Phapa ceremony, blessing chant, sprinkling of spiritual sacred water

จึงขอเรียนเชิญท่านสาธุชนทั้งหลายไปร่วมบำเพ็ญทานบารมีโดยพร้อมเพรียงกัน สำหรับท่านที่มิอาจมาร่วมงานได้ ขอจงตั้งจิตให้เป็นกุศลแล้วอนุโมทนาในบุญพิธีนี้ หรือจะส่งเช้คหรือมันนี่ออร์เดอร์ไปร่วมทำบุญด้วยเพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มพูนทานบารมีให้ทวียิ่งๆ ขึ้น โดยสั่งจ่าย Mongkoltepmunee Temple หรือ คลิ้กที่นี่

Those who are unable to attend may make a well wish and send donation by mailing check or money order payable to Mongkoltepmunee Temple. It will be much appreciated if the donation is sent along with the donation form.
